Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina met in New Delhi on Saturday to discuss enhancing defense cooperation, defense production, counter-terrorism efforts, border management, and other matters. In a joint statement, PM Modi highlighted that Bangladesh occupies a crucial place in India's policies towards neighboring countries, the East, maritime security, and the Indo-Pacific region.
