Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams will use 5,000 tonnes of Nandini Ghee to make Tirumala laddus and other temple offerings. Karnataka's Chief Minister Siddaramaiah recently flagged off a tanker of this ghee for the Srivari Temple. Pure ghee is crucial for making the temple prasadams rich and delicious, with large quantities prepared in big pots. The Devasthanams is procuring Nandini ghee through its marketing department, with purchases beginning after board and governing body approval.
