Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, revealed on Saturday that Neuralink, his brain-computer interface firm, has made strides in aiding paralyzed individuals to regain full body control. They successfully implanted a brain chip in their first human subject, Noland Arbaugh, in the US. Now, they're seeking another candidate for a chip implant. Musk aims to eventually link severed nerve signals to a second Neuralink in the spine for complete body control. Arbaugh, the inaugural recipient, can telepathically operate a computer or phone just by thinking, Musk noted.
