The Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud led a Supreme Court Bench that collaborated online to deliver a verdict supporting the district judges promotion policy of the Gujarat High Court. Prior to announcing the judgment today, the CJI disclosed that while returning to India from the J20 summit in Brazil, he utilized in-flight internet to work with Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra in drafting the judgment.
