Paralympic champion Sumit Antil won gold in the Men's Javelin Throw F64 at the Para-Athletics World Championships with a throw of 69.50m. His compatriot Sandeep Chaudhary took bronze with 60.41m, while Sri Lanka's Dulan Kodithuwakku won silver. Antil previously set a world record of 73.29m at the Hangzhou Asian Para Games. Additionally, Mariyappan Thangavelu won gold in the men's high jump T63 with a record 1.88m. India's medal tally now includes 9 medals: 4 gold, 4 silver, and 3 bronze.
