Academy Award winner Guneet Monga is leading a new initiative under the global WIFTI (Women In Film & Television International) network to promote gender equality in the Indian screen industries. Launched at the 77th Cannes Film Festival, Monga reflected on her journey, stating, "From times when male colleagues spoke for me to earn respect, to now heading international co-productions and major projects, I've seen and played a role in progress over two decades.
