Final Bidders for 5G Spectrum Auction Revealed
The Department of Telecommunications unveiled the final bidders for the spectrum auction. Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea, and Reliance Jio Infocomm are set to bid for 10,523.15 MHz of 5G airwaves, valued at Rs 96,317.65 crore across eight key bands.
Airtel's EMD stands at Rs 1,050 crore, Vodafone Idea's at Rs 300 crore, and Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd's at Rs 3,000 crore. Airtel has 7,613 eligibility points, Vodafone Idea has 2,200, and Reliance Jio has 21,363.
