Air India Adds Regional Languages to IVR for Better Passenger Service

Air India is updating its technology to improve customer service. The latest change is adding regional languages like Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, and Malayalam to its IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system, in addition to English and Hindi.

This update aims to enhance customer support by automatically recognizing and using the customer's preferred language based on their mobile network. This feature will speed up responses and make the service more convenient.
